We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with any item, please call us on 0115 824 0777 when we hope to be able to resolve the problem.

If you place an order as a consumer (as defined by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000) you may cancel the order at any time within seven (7) working days of receiving the goods without any liability to us. You will be responsible for returning the order to us in re-saleable condition. This does not apply to goods which have been specifically tailored to your specifications (eg NEW LIFE localised editions).
